Returns and Cancellations:
Please note that due to our efficient order processing system, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Kindly ensure that all details, including size, artwork, and quantity, are correct before finalising your purchase.
As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will investigate and address the issue by sending out a replacement. In such cases, please contact support@hidayahartprints.com on the day you receive your order and please have some photographic evidence ready, which will help to speed up the process.
