Do you offer framing options?
We currently offer framing options exclusively in the UK and US, as we only have warehouses in these locations but are looking to expand in the future. At this point, we have chosen not to extend this service globally to avoid potential delays and customs duties for our customers. However, if you are willing to cover the additional costs, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Do you offer additional sizes that are not listed?
Yes, we have only listed the most common sizes. If you are interested in buying another size which is not listed then please contact us with your preferred size, and we will verify if it is stocked, then we will simply add it to the product page for you to purchase.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes, for high-volume orders, please contact us, and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
It depends on the type of product and the quantity. Typically it would take 24-48 hours but could take up to 4 days. Framed prints would take the longest as opposed to unframed prints as they are manufactured on site.
Will my order ship with tracking?
Tracking availability depends on the country, product type, and shipping method selected. Generally, standard shipping is tracked in the UK and US, while express shipping is tracked for all destinations.
You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
Why hasn't my order been delivered yet?
Estimated delivery times for all countries are provided to give an idea of typical delivery durations. Factors that could delay delivery include:
- Incorrectly formatted addresses
- Customs and import restrictions
- Failed delivery attempts
- Postal strikes
- Adverse conditions (storms, natural disasters)
If there is a significant delay, our customer support team will usually address it proactively. If your order is outside the expected delivery window, please contact customer.services@hidayahartprints.com for assistance.
On rare occasions, orders may get lost in transit, especially to less common destinations. If your order is not received within 30 days, we will send a replacement. Please notify us at customer.services@hidayahartprints.com. Note that we cannot offer free replacements for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

Do you have a physical shop that I can visit?
We operate exclusively online and do not have plans to open a physical store. Our goal is to remain accessible globally.
